Built by operators, for operators
Primebyte was founded in 2019 by a team of engineers and operators who spent years watching talented people waste hours on repetitive, manual processes. We believed software should adapt to how teams work — not the other way around.
Headquartered in San Francisco with engineering hubs in London and Berlin, our 280-person team has raised $94M across Series A and Series B rounds led by Sequoia Capital and Index Ventures. We're profitable, growing, and obsessively focused on customer outcomes.
Today, Primebyte powers operations for some of the world's most innovative companies — from 10-person startups to Fortune 500 enterprises across 62 countries.

Loved by teams who refuse to settle
Don't take our word for it. Here's what real Primebyte customers have to say about their experience.
We replaced four separate tools with Primebyte and cut our operational overhead by 38% in the first quarter. The automation capabilities are genuinely impressive — our team now handles twice the workload with the same headcount. The ROI was evident within 60 days.
As a Series B startup scaling fast, we needed infrastructure that wouldn't break under pressure. Primebyte has been rock solid — 99.97% uptime isn't marketing fluff, we've lived it. Their support team responds in under 2 hours, every time. It's genuinely exceptional.
The integration ecosystem is unmatched. We connected Primebyte to our existing Salesforce, Jira, and data warehouse setup in an afternoon. What used to take our data team three days to compile now runs automatically every morning. It's transformed how we make decisions.
We evaluated 12 platforms before choosing Primebyte. The depth of their analytics, combined with the simplicity of the workflow builder, made it a clear winner. Our compliance team was especially impressed by the SOC 2 certification and GDPR controls. Highly recommended.
Primebyte's AI optimization suggestions have been a revelation. It identified a bottleneck in our approval workflow that had been slowing us down for months — and fixed it automatically. We've recovered over 1,200 person-hours per quarter just from the AI recommendations alone.
We're a 12-person team competing with companies 10x our size. Primebyte is a core reason why we can punch above our weight. The automation handles everything our larger competitors need full departments for. It's genuinely a competitive advantage, not just a productivity tool.
